Start a ReferralIf you are a health or social care professional, you can now launch a referral portal and send a digital referral for Adult Health, Care and Wellbeing Services that are delivered in a person’s home or in a nearby local care setting in Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES).
Our aim is to make it quicker and easier for you to access information about the full range of services available and send digital referrals.
You can still make referrals by calling the Care Co-ordination Centre on 0300 247 0200 between the hours of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, and from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm at the weekend or on Bank Holidays.
In the future, we plan to accept self-referrals via this portal. In the meantime, if you would like to make a referral for yourself, please call 0300 247 0200.
